What a Website Costs on the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2026

On the Mississippi Gulf Coast, a real website for a real business costs $1,500 for one page you own, from $3,500 for a multi-page site, or $1,000 a month if you want a team to stay after launch. Those are our numbers. They are on the site because guessing is how Coast owners get burned.

What people here actually pay

A Biloxi contractor, a Gulfport clinic, and an Ocean Springs shop are not shopping the same catalog as a SaaS founder in Austin. They need a site that loads on a phone in the casino parking lot, shows the hours, and makes the next call obvious.

Here is the menu we publish on saltmarshdigital.com. We are based in Gautier. We do this work in Harrison, Jackson, and Hancock counties every week.

  • One-page site — $1,500 one-time, 5 business days, you own it. Who you are, what you do, proof, call, hours. Hosting year one.
  • Business website — from $3,500 (up to 6 pages; $400 per extra page). About two weeks. You own it. 50% to start, 50% at launch.
  • Care Plan — $150/month add-on for owned sites. Hosting, backups, monitoring, 30 minutes of edits.
  • The Partnership — $1,000/month, $0 setup. Seven-business-day foundation, then we stay. Month to month. If you leave, the Salt Marsh website comes down.
  • Custom software — Scoping Sprint $2,500, credited if you proceed. Builds typically start at $10,000.

Why a $299 template still costs you

A template is cheap until someone on Pass Road searches your trade and lands on a page that looks like every other page. They bounce. You never hear about it.

The other hidden bill is ownership. If a freelancer built it on their account, you do not have the login. If an agency rented you a site, you find out when you try to leave. We say the Partnership catch in plain English: the Salt Marsh website is part of the service. Your domain stays yours. There is no buyout. If that is the wrong deal, buy a one-page or business site instead.

What $1,000 a month is for

The Partnership is not a prettier Squarespace. It is website, brand, photography, Google Business Profile, and ongoing marketing for established service and storefront businesses — the ones people look up before they call.

We only onboard two Partnership clients a week. That is capacity, not a countdown clock. If you are a newer shop that just needs to be findable, start with the one-page. You can upgrade later. We will credit recent project work when the next level makes sense.

How to choose without a sales call first

If the next step is a phone call and you have one location, a one-page site is enough. If you have services, a team, and a story, buy the business website. If you already have customers and a listing that does not match the work, look at the Partnership. If the spreadsheet is the business, that is custom software.

Prices above are current as of September 2026. They live on /pricing. If they change, that page changes first.
