One Platform for Every Church Planter in Mississippi.
Web portals plus a native iOS app so hub leaders can manage assessment, coaching, and reporting — from the desk or the road.

242 Network Hub
242 Network helps established churches plant healthy churches across Mississippi — assessment, training, coaching, and support.
They needed one platform for hub leaders, planters, and admins. Spreadsheets and email chains were not going to carry a statewide network. We built the Hub: web portals, a native iOS app, and the ops backbone underneath.
A statewide church-planting network needed more than spreadsheets. We built the Hub: three portals, native mobile, and the ops backbone underneath.
The awkward part
What Wasn't Working
A statewide church-planting network runs on relationships. It also runs on paperwork. 242 Network had hub leaders across Mississippi coaching planters from first interest through launch. The work lived in too many places. • Candidate applications scattered across forms and inboxes • Assessment, training, and coaching stages without a shared timeline • Contact history living in someone's head or phone • Monthly MBCB reporting that ate hours • No mobile path for hub leaders who are rarely at a desk They didn't need another generic CRM. They needed software that understood church planting.
What we did
How We Fixed It
We built the whole platform — not a theme on top of someone else's SaaS.
- •Plant portal for church planters
- •Hub portal for regional hub leaders
- •Admin portal for network operations
- •Role-based access so each person sees their work
One system instead of a scavenger hunt.
- •IOS app in the App Store (SwiftUI)
- •Android client (Jetpack Compose)
- •Dashboard, planter roster, contact logging, candidate review
- •Push notifications for follow-ups and new applications
Ministry leaders can manage the flow from the road.
- •Onboarding with assessments, surveys, references, and background checks
- •Stage and status history for every planter
- •Contact logging with overdue follow-ups
- •MBCB monthly reporting workflow — draft through approved
- •Geocoded map with hub-region drawing
- •Messaging and Postmark email
The network can see who needs attention — and prove it when the report is due.
The good news
What Changed
- One platform for plant, hub, and admin — not three disconnected tools
- A native iOS app hub leaders actually use in the field
- Onboarding, coaching, and MBCB reporting in one place
- Push notifications so follow-ups don't vanish into a notepad
- Stack they own: Node, Postgres, native apps, hosted on their infrastructure
From "who has the spreadsheet?" to a platform that carries a statewide planting network.

Hub regions on a live map
When the work is relational and the paperwork is heavy, the software has to carry both.
